Save a life Today, Stroke Has a New Indicator

I URGE ALL MY FRIENDS TO READ & SHARE THIS; YOU COULD SAVE A LOVED ONES LIFE BY KNOWING THIS SIMPLE INFORMATION!!!

Stroke has a new indicator! They say if you forward this to ten people, you stand a chance of saving one life. Will you send this along? Blood Clots/Stroke - They Now Have a Fourth Indicator, the Tongue:

During a BBQ, a woman stumbled and took a little fall - she assured everyone that she was fine (they offered to call paramedics) ...she said she had just tripped over a brick because of her new shoes.

They got her cleaned up and got her a new plate of food. While she appeared a bit shaken up, Jane went about enjoying herself the rest of the evening.

Jane's husband called later telling everyone that his wife had been taken to the hospital - (at 6:00 PM Jane passed away.) She had suffered a stroke at the BBQ. Had they known how to identify the signs of a stroke, perhaps Jane would be with us today. Some don't die. They end up in a helpless, hopeless condition instead.

It only takes a minute to read this.

A neurologist says that if he can get to a stroke victim within 3 hours he can totally reverse the effects of a stroke...totally. He said the trick was getting a stroke recognized, diagnosed, and then getting the patient medically cared for within 3 hours, which is tough.
>>RECOGNIZING A STROKE<<

Thank God for the sense to remember the '3' steps, STR. Read and Learn!

Sometimes symptoms of a stroke are difficult to identify. Unfortunately, the lack of awareness spells disaster. The stroke victim may suffer severe brain damage when people nearby fail to recognize the symptoms of a stroke.

Now doctors say a bystander can recognize a stroke by asking three simple questions:

S *Ask the individual to SMILE.

T *Ask the person to TALK and SPEAK A SIMPLE SENTENCE (Coherently)
(i.e. Chicken Soup)

R *Ask him or her to RAISE BOTH ARMS.

If he or she has trouble with ANY ONE of these tasks, call emergency number immediately and describe the symptoms to the dispatcher.

New Sign of a Stroke -------- Stick out Your Tongue

NOTE: Another 'sign' of a stroke is this: Ask the person to 'stick' out his tongue. If the tongue is

'crooked', if it goes to one side or the other that is also an indication of a stroke.

A cardiologist says if everyone who gets this e-mail sends it to 10 people; you can bet that at least one life will be saved.

I have done my part. Will you?

Sleeping women sex assaults by Bicester burglar

Two women were sexually assaulted in separate attacks by a burglar while they slept in their homes.

A man broke into two houses on the Southwold estate in Bicester, Oxfordshire, early on Saturday.
Thames Valley Police said he sexually assaulted a woman who was asleep on the sofa at the first house, but ran off with a games console when she woke up.
He assaulted a woman asleep in another house and stole a number of items. A 26-year-old man has been arrested.
The man, from Bicester, is being held on suspicion of burglary and sexual assault.
A 21-year-old woman has also been arrested on suspicion of handling stolen goods in connection with the two burglaries.

Afghan children 'killed by Nato air strike in Shigal'

Breaking news
Up to 12 civilians - 10 children and two women - are reported to have been killed in a Nato air strike in eastern Afghanistan.
A further six women are believed to have been injured in the incident in Shigal district, Kunar province.
Villagers and officials told the BBC that the casualties were inside their homes when they died.
Nato confirmed that "fire support" was used in Shigal but said it did not have any reports of civilian deaths.
A local official said eight Taliban insurgents had also died in the air strike on Saturday, which is reported to have caused the roofs of several houses in three villages to collapse.
He said the strikes were called in to support a major operation by US and Afghan government forces.
Tribal elder Haji Malika Jan told the BBC: "The fighting started yesterday morning [Saturday] and continued for at least seven hours. There were heavy exchanges between both sides.
"The area is very close to the Pakistani border and there are hundreds of local and foreign fighters, mostly Pakistanis, in the area.''
In a statement, the Nato-led International Security Assistant Force (Isaf) said: "We are aware of an incident yesterday in Kunar province in which insurgents engaged an Afghan and coalition force. "No Isaf personnel were involved on the ground, but Isaf provided fire support from the air, killing several insurgents. We are also aware of reports of several civilians injured from the engagement, but no reports of civilian deaths. Isaf takes all reports of civilian casualties seriously, and we are currently assessing the incident.
"The air support was called in by coalition forces - not Afghans - and was used to engage insurgent forces in areas away from structures, according to our reporting."
International forces are preparing to withdraw from Afghanistan by the end of 2014. Civilian deaths in Western military operations have been a source of friction between the Afghan government led by Hamid Karzai and the US and its Nato allies.

A VERY FUNNY LOVE STORY (A MUST READ, FOR YOUTHS ONLY)

A certain rich businessman had a beautiful daughter, who fell in love with a guy who was a cleaner. When the girl’s father came to know about their love, he did not like it at all, and so began to protest about it. Now it happened that the two lovers decided to leave their homes for a happy future.
The girl’s father started searching for the two lovers but could not find them. At last, he accepted their love and asked them to come back home in a local newspaper. Her father said “If you both come back I will allow you to marry the guy you love, I accept that you loved each other truly.” So in this way, their love won and they returned home.

The couple went to town to shop for the wedding dress. He was dressed in white shirt that day. While he was crossing the road to the other side to get some drinks for his wife, a car came and hit him and he died on the spot. The girl lost her senses. It was only after sometime that she recovered from her shock.

The funeral and cremation was the very next day because he had died horribly. Two nights later, the girl’s mother had a dream in which she saw an old lady. The old lady asked her mother to wash the blood stains of the guy from her daughter’s dress as soon as possible. But her mother ignored the dream.
The next night her father had the same dream, he also ignored it. Then when the girl had the same dream the next night, she woke up in fear and told her mother about the dream. Her mother asked her to wash the clothes which have blood stains immediately. She washed the stains but some remained.
Next night she again had the same dream she again washed the stains but some still remained. Next night she again had the same dream and this time the old lady gave her a last warning to wash the blood stain, or else something will happen. This time the girl tried her best to wash the stains, and the clothes nearly tore, but some stains still remained.

She was very tired. In the late evening the same day while she was alone at home, someone knocked at the door. When she opened the door she saw the same old lady of her dream standing at her door. She got very scared and fainted. The old lady woke her up… and gave her a blue box, which shocked the girl. She asked “What is this…?”

The old lady replied…

Drop Shipping

Fulfilling customer orders by having the wholesaler drop ship directly to shoppers is a popular e-commerce technique. An expert talks about the issues involved. Plus: How to find wholesalers who drop ship for online merchants.
As many online merchants would agree, drop shipping is an e-tailer's best friend. While brick and mortar retailers have to stock every product color and size, many online merchants carry minimal inventory.
Instead, many Internet merchants fill orders as they receive them. They simply route customers order to a wholesaler, who drop ships directly to the customer (preferably with the merchants label on the box). No fuss, no muss. And, most importantly: no expensive inventory to hold.
But relying on drop shipping — also called virtual inventory — is neither as easy nor as profitable as it appears at first glance. "Freedom has its costs," says Steve Craig, the CTO of ShopNBC. Craig is an expert on using drop shipping to increase inventory size. (About 20 percent of the ShopNBC goods are fulfilled through drop shippers, Craig says.)
Certainly, drop shipping has advantages. First, it allows an e-merchant to "have a very diverse portfolio, a really nice mix of goods," Craig notes. Additionally, because it requires no up-front investment, "If you don't sell anything, you're not out anything."
But on the other hand, the problems are just as clear. A merchant who relies on drop shipping "is putting no capital at risk, but it really does lead to a lesser margin," Craig notes. Many Internet retailers who use virtual inventory are forced to buy at MSRP (manufacturer's suggested retail price). In this case, there is precious little room for an e-tailer to mark it up.
Furthermore, "It's an open market," he notes. "You have to realize that there are several other sellers doing exactly the same thing, everybody could hook up to that vendor and sell — do you have enough volume, do you have a captured audience so that you can drive more and get more margin?"
Returning orders can be a special headache for those e-tailers with virtual inventory. Most wholesalers have a complete profit and loss structure (P+L) around shipping and handling. In short, they may accept a return, but they will not refund the customer's shipping and handling charge. Nor will they refund the shipping and handling charge to the merchant for returned items.
An e-tailer can even lose money with virtual inventory, if there are enough returns. "You need to make sure you're not losing money on the pick, pack and ship element," Craig cautions.
Is This Drop Shipper Trustworthy?
Many large e-tailers have their own vendor manual full of rules for their drop shippers. "It's a very thick document that your vendor has to comply with if they're going to be your drop ship vendor - if you're big enough, you can dictate those terms to them, within reason."
For those e-tailers who don't have such a manual, caution is required in partnering with drop shippers.
First, merchants must research that wholesaler to make sure they're legitimate, "that they're not going to be here this month and gone the next," Craig says.
Questions to ask include: What is their mis-ship rate? How often do they accidentally ship the wrong product? What is the quality of the merchandise? Many wholesalers will accept returns, which they then put back on the shelf for future sales - but do they do their quality control carefully enough to make sure it's not defective?
When looking for a wholesaler, it's a good idea to place a test order from them. This will determine, among other things, how the box is labeled when it shows up at the customer's door. "You would not want something shipped to your customer that has a Pier One or Wal-Mart tag on it," says Craig.
Additionally, a wholesaler needs to include a packing slip that is — hopefully — branded with the e-tailer's name. Some wholesalers place coupons and special offers in their boxes (from third parties, or from themselves) that can result in no repeat business for e-tailers.
A detail as small as the type of packing material can be important. For example, does the wholesaler use biodegradable packing peanuts? "If you're an REI or an outdoor gear retailer, maybe you don't want some biohazard packing material," Craig says.
Even after a vendor relationship is established, it's important to be "secret shopper," from time to time. "You might be shocked at what you get," Craig says. It's also a good idea for e-merchants to monitor their shoppers satisfaction. "If you're taking the brunt of your customer service calls, you can track an up tick of complaints against a vendor."
In short, a merchant needs to carefully manage their wholesale-customer loop.
"They are likely not just servicing you, they're servicing a plethora of other vendors who are doing the same thing you are and…they're going to make mistakes — they're only human," Craig adds.

Start Your Mini-Importation Business with as low as N5000

WHY MINI IMPORTATION IS PREFERRED

Minimum order quantity: the minimum order of MIB is 1 unit or 1 piece or 1 item. You can import just 1 phone or 1 radio set or 1 television or 1 phone charger

Payment method: is not bank related and in most cases, you are not charged for making payments.

Secondly, payment is based on the e-payment system and convenient. You can make payments when everyone is sleeping or on holidays. You can make payments without leaving your restroom. Above all, you are not to fill papers with affidavit.

It’s also easy for you receive your payments back after order cancellation. You do not have to wait for months before your money comes back to you.

Above all, payment is based on secure platforms. If the one you are making payments to is unreal, he does not receive your money. Again, you do not risk your payment card because neither the buyer nor the site owner sees the card numbers and values.

And again, payment gets to the seller after the buyer has received products. Wow! This makes it a very strong and reliable way to pay.

Payment verification is also seamless.

Charges are minimal if any: in most cases there are no charges attached to online purchases.

Order Processing: is quicker. You do not have to always contact sellers before your order is processed because; it started processing as soon as payments are made.

Tracking of Orders: is made very simple. As soon as you make your payments, tracking number is issued to you and you can use this to access the status of your product and the destination where it is at any point in time.

Funding is much: you do not need much money to go into MIB. You simply need as little as N5,000 to start.

Delivery time: is often shorter and orders are mostly sent through air.

Free Shipping: is part of the game. Most times, you do not pay for the courier that sends the products to you. The seller is already in agreement or contract with the courier to send items to their customers free-of-charge.

Receive Orders before you pay: You are expected to pay on-hold. This means that your payments are not released to the seller until you receive your ordered items.

Keshi snubs Yobo again

Keshi snubs Yobo again

…Recalls Kalu Uche, Emenike others for ‘Super-Jumbo’ matches
Super Eagles’ Head Coach, Stephen Keshi, has invited a total of 30 players to prosecute the team’s jumbo schedule between the end of May and mid-July, in which about 10 matches loom.
The African champions have a high-profile friendly against CONCACAF champions, Mexico in Houston, Texas, USA on the last day of May, before two World Cup qualifying matches in Nairobi and Windhoek that come before the 2013 FIFA Confederations Cup tournament in Brazil.
Nigeria play Tahiti, Uruguay and Spain in Brazil, but will play two more games if they advance to the knock-out stage, before returning to Africa for a 2014 African Nations Championship qualifying fixture against Cote d’Ivoire.
Usual suspects, Vincent Enyeama, Mikel Obi, Efe Ambrose, Godfrey Oboabona, Ahmed Musa and Victor Moses are called, as well as dark horses, John Ogu, Michael Babatunde and Anthony Ujah, while midfield ace, Kalu Uche returns after 16 months in the international wilderness. Top scorer of the 29th Africa Cup of Nations, Emmanuel Emenike, back from injury, returns to the fold.
There are four goalkeepers, eight defenders, seven midfielders and 11 strikers. The delegation of 12 home-based players and technical/backroom staff will depart Abuja for the training camp in Nuremberg, Germany, on May 15, while the overseas-based professionals are expected to join the team in Germany as their various Leagues come to an end.
Players in Russia, Ukraine and Norway may only join the team for the matches against Kenya and Namibia, and for the FIFA Confederations Cup tournament. Goalkeepers: Vincent Enyeama (Maccabi Tel Aviv, Israel); Austin Ejide (Hapoel Be’er Sheva, Israel); Chigozie Agbim (Enugu Rangers, Nigeria); Daniel Akpeyi (Heartland FC, Nigeria) Defenders: Efe Ambrose (Celtic FC, Scotland); Elderson Echiejile (FC Braga, Portugal); Kenneth Omeruo (ADO Den Haag, The Netherlands); Azubuike Egwuekwe (Warri Wolves, Nigeria); Ebenezer Odunlami (Sunshine Stars, Nigeria); Benjamin Francis (Heartland FC, Nigeria); Solomon Kwambe (Sunshine Stars, Nigeria); Godfrey Oboabona (Sunshine Stars, Nigeria) Midfielders: John Mikel Obi (Chelsea FC, England); Ogenyi Onazi (SS Lazio, Italy); Fegor Ogude (Valerenga FC, Norway); John Ogu (Academica de Coimbra, Portugal); Reuben Gabriel (Kano Pillars, Nigeria); Sunday Mba (Warri Wolves, Nigeria); Emeka Ezeh (Enugu Rangers, Nigeria) Forwards: Ahmed Musa (CSKA Moscow, Russia); Brown Ideye (Dynamo Kyiv, Ukraine); Victor Moses (Chelsea FC, England); Emmanuel Emenike (Spartak Moscow, Russia); Michael Babatunde (Kryvbas Kryvyi Rih, Ukraine); Nnamdi Oduamadi (AS Varese 1910, Italy); Anthony Ujah (FC Cologne, Germany); Kalu Uche (Kasimpasa, Turkey); Gomo Onduku (Sharks FC, Nigeria); Obinna Nwachukwu (Heartland FC, Nigeria); Gambo Mohammed (Kano Pillars, Nigeria).

PDP loosing it big time.

“The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) is a product of opposition. Are we not the ones that championed opposition against dictatorship in Nigeria? So, why should we be afraid of opposition now? It is not possible. We don’t see anybody as threat, and not the least, the APC. The party even when registered can never be a threat to the PDP and we have never seen them as such.”
These were the words of the spokesman of the PDP, Chief Olisa Metuh to dismiss claims that the ruling party feels threatened by the presence of coalition of opposition and works hard to stop the existence of the APC during a chat with him at the party national secretariat. Metuh said: “A party that has no manifesto or master plan on how to change and make Nigeria better is not the type to fear
. I know very well that APC has never at any time addressed Nigerians on how they plan to make the nation better. They are clueless and just bandy the slogan of having the only target of unseating President Goodluck Jonathan and the PDP. That is no programme, and I don’t see how such disposition would earn a party the national government.”
Moreover, Metuh assured that the PDP welcomes opposition as that makes democracy more acceptable and competitive. He noted: “It is not enough to be regional champions in the political arena. It is not enough for a party to dominate a particular region or inclination. It is a different platform to be a national party managing Nigeria from the centre. When the APC gets there, they will see what PDP has been going through to sustain the structure of the nation in the past 14 years and appreciate that we are the real champions.
We have been battling with citizens learning the ropes in politics. “After every election, members who feel disgruntled decamp, join forces with the opposition and fight you the more. There could be no worse threat to the structure, stability and focus of a party. But PDP has seen all these and stood these years, so we want others to taste the centre as key players and they will understand that managing the political fate of the nation is beyond mere slogan.”
He also denied any problem with or within the National Executive Committee (NEC) of the party with assurance that in the next few months, since the Board of Trustees (BoT) has been reconstituted, PDP national congress will hold. But he also noted that although many have tried so hard to implicate the NEC in the problems of the party especially regarding the selection of candidates for elections, there is little the NEC could do and does not influence the selection of candidates at any level.
“It is not the duty of the NEC to chose candidates for the party. The PDP is guided by a constitution that provides for internal democracy and there is nothing any person or group can do outside that because the constitution stipulates that every candidate must emerge from primary election, and it remains so. The NEC has the duty of abiding by that provision just like any other member. I am assuring Nigerians that in the next general elections or any other before that, all candidates of the party must emerge from party primaries.”
He also dismissed insinuations that the party leadership is out to take revenge against the Rivers State governor, Chibuike Amaechi for allegedly taking positions deemed as being against President Jonathan. “Nobody in the party leadership at the centre plans to victimize Amaechi. There is no reason for that, and we would not like anybody to create that impression that the party does not want him.
I speak to you as the spokesperson of the party and I will say that any day that such is not the policy, either of individuals or the party to work against Governor Amaechi or to make him feel he is no longer wanted in the party. It is erroneous to state that because he remains a great asset to the party. A party that believes in reconciling even estranged members and capturing new members cannot by any means drive out a loyal member who has given his best for the party.”

Politics of guns and matchetes

With governorship election more than one year ahead, the politics of Ekiti State has taken a dangerous dimension, with the orgy of violence and killing recorded recently. Indeed, last week, blood flowed and property worth several millions of naira were destroyed.
The first casualty in this politics of blood and machete, as some people have dubbed the situation, is Mr. Ayodele Jeje, who was killed by political thugs. Also a 76-year-old woman, Chief Mrs. Juliana Adewunmi, Iya-Oloja (head of market women) of Erijinyan-Ekiti and her 37-year-old son, Mr. Gbenga Adewunmi, were severally shot and wounded. The Nissan Armada, with registration number, Oba Odo 111 Erijiyan-Ekiti, belonging to a community leader, Chief Adewunmi, a Nissan Primera car with registration number Lagos CE344AKD and a Volkswagen Golf  car were also vandalised.
In the incidents that resulted in these casualties, political thugs had unleashed terror, as some former members of the Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN) planned defection to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) .
Checks revealed that the violence swept Erijiyan Ekiti, a sleepy town in Ekiti West Local Government Area, Iyin-Ekiti and Oke-mesi, when political thugs flexed muscles, in a battle of supremacy.
Saturday Sun gathered that in Erijiyan, armed political thugs attacked politicians, leaving in its trail, blood and sorrow. The PDP, in a press release on Tuesday, April 2, had stated: “The killing in Erijiyan, the hometown of Chief Jide Awe, was a murder scripted, planned and executed by the Action Congress of Nigeria. Available evidence shows that a sizeable number of ACN chieftains  plotted and masterminded the crisis that led to the killing of the politician because of his perceived popularity in the community.”
This allegation was, however, debunked by the state ACN Chairman, Chief Awe. He alleged that PDP factions had clashed in the community. He accused PDP of violent bahaviour, while saying that the ACN was a more civil and law abiding party.
The ACN chieftain’s position notwithstanding, the police had summoned him for explanation. He was moved to Abuja, where he’s currently in detention.
The politics of defection
At the centre of the fracas was the planned defection of Olusegun Adewunmi from the ACN. The politician revealed that he narrowly escaped death on March 30. According to him, he had been with the ACN since inception and decided to dump the party when he was not allowed to vie for House of Assembly seat in the last elections.
“I started with them when it was ACD before it transformed to AC and later to ACN. I was with them at the Eagle Square, Abuja when the ACD was launched. Chief Awe and Mr. Samuel Ajayi, the Baba Ijo of CAC in Erijiyan, led the delegates to Abuja. When the name of AC was to be changed to ACN, at Blue Roof, LTV House, Ikeja in Lagos, I was there with Chief Awe, in company with some friends in Erijiyan.”
Adewunmi said that trouble started when he picked a nomination form to contest for the House of Assembly seat. According to him, youths of Eka-Meta, in Erijiyan has declared that they would not fold their hands and watch the people of Aramoko-Ekiti dominate them politically, as, according to them, since 1999 the Aramoko, a community out of the five communities that make up Ekiti West State Constituency 11, has been producing the House of Assembly member. He said the youths had asked him to contest the election, for equity and fairness.
Based on this, he obtained the ACN nomination form and contested the primary election along with others. According to him, he defeated all other contestants and won the primary elections. He revealed that the ticket was eventually given to another person. He said: “The youths felt maybe we should wait and see if I could be compensated with one political appointment or the other. But nothing came. We then tried to approach the Chief of Staff for his intervention, but the man said Chief Awe was the alpha and omega of Erijiyan politics and that we should go to back to him.
“When the youth discovered that those who did not participate in the election struggles were the ones the government was giving appointments, they decided that though PDP is not in power in Ekiti, they wanted to defect from ACN to PDP and ensure they win Eka-Meta  and  the entire Ekiti West Local Government for PDP. That is why I came into the picture. It is a clarion call, which I cannot refuse because in politics when the majority decide, you have to abide.  I spoke with them but they said they were fed up and there was nothing I could do other than to join forces with them.”
Adewunmi had decided to defect to the PDP to actualize the dream of his people. It was on the eve of his formal defection that crisis broke out.
He told Saturday Sun that when March 31 was fixed for the defection, he formally wrote to the Commissioner of Police, the Area Commander at Ijero, the DPO at Aramoko and the Police Officer in charge of Erijiyan to notify them of the programme, to ensure adequate security.
He expressed shock that policemen came to his family house at Erinjiyan on March 30, alleging that they heard that arms and ammunition were stockpiled in his brother’s hotel.
“They then searched everywhere and found nothing incriminating in either of the two places they mentioned,” he said.
The politician said the police made him to sign a document to prove they searched the place and found nothing incriminating. He said he had contacted the state PDP chairman, who contacted the Commissioner of Police on phone on the development.
“We later found out that those policemen were from Government House,” he stated.
Adewunmi said that later in the day, sporadic gunshots rocked the community, sparking panic. He said that in order to stay out of trouble, he was heading for his brother’s hotel when he was attacked. In the attack, his car was destroyed and he escaped by the whiskers.
It was not only Adewunmi that escaped death. Chief Boluwaji Adewunmi, Oba Odo Erijinyan-Ekiti, also did.
The royal father said that armed political thugs also invaded his house and shot several times at him and his wife. He said that when he and his wife survived the attack miraculously, the assailants descended on his Armanda Jeep, which was riddled with bullets.
The Oba accused ACN members of being the brains behind the attack.
Fayose warns the police
While condemning the act, former governor of Ekiti State, Mr. Ayo Fayose, has urged the Inspector General of Police, Alhaji Mohammed Abubakar, to take over investigation of the matter and ensure that those connected with the murder were brought to justice.
He warned the Commissioner of Police, Mr. Sotonye Wakama, against obstructing the course of justice.
Speaking at a press parley in his Afao Ekiti country-home, Fayose said: “The rate of killing is worse than any government ever.  If you take the statistics of political intolerance and politically-motivated killings, you will see that this government is the worst.”
Saying that Ekiti was gradually sliding into anarchy, Fayose stated: “Something is fundamentally wrong and the police hierarchy in Abuja must do something about the development. There is no politically motivated killing in Oyo, Ogun, Lagos, Osun and Ogun states that are being governed by Action Congress of Nigeria. Why is Ekiti different?
“It has been the noise of the ACN that PDP and Fayose were the ones making trouble or killing people, but now our people can see who the true killers are.”
The former governor urged the police to make public the outcome of the investigation conducted on the series of attacks launched against his campaign train last November and other reported cases of murder in the state.
“It was Governor Fayemi that wrote a letter to the Deputy Inspector General of Police in charge of investigation (DIGD) to investigate the violence that is fast springing up in the state, but up till now, nothing has been done. So, we demand that the outcome of the investigations be made open to Nigerians and those indicted should be prosecuted,” he said.
Ekiti government denies allegations
Commissioner for Information, Mr. Tayo Ekundayo, described the Fayose’s position as a figment of his own imagination, saying the people of Ekiti know who the real killers are. He said that there was no iota of truth in the allegation that the government was piling pressure on the police to cover up the Erinjiyan murder, saying that the governor was not aiding or abetting criminality.
Ekundayo said that the issue of killing “is a grievous offence and Fayemi frowned at it. So, we are appealing to the Commissioner of Police to investigate the matter thoroughly and in a most professional way and bring the culprits to book.”
Accord Party leader reacts
The state leader of the Accord Party, Barrister Kole Ajayi, described the Ekiti political violence as barbaric. “People should be allowed to align with any party of their choice. What happened in Erijiyan Ekiti is a manifestation of the fact that ACN and PDP have no  other thing to offer than violence,” he stated.
Ekiti CNPP Chairman appeals to PDP and ACN
The state Chairman of Conference of Nigeria Political Parties (CNPP), Mr. Tunji Ogunlola, said Ekiti had been peaceful since Fayemi became governor. He pointed out that the crisis in Oke-mesi last weekend was between the ACN factions, which can easily be resolved.
The lawyer said that the violence of Erijinyan was also between PDP factions, while appealing to the people involved to resolve it among themseslvs.
